A shirt from Issey Miyake from the 1980s.
At first glance, it's a simple long-sleeved shirt, but the pleats on the back are a bit unusual.
It's hard to see, but the pleats from the upper back close around the waist and then open again towards the hem (photos 4-6, photo 7 is taken from the back).
Worn about a dozen times over 40 years, there are no noticeable stains or damage.
One thing, there is a handwritten name next to the tag (photo 1).
This was often done by dry cleaners in the past.

Country of origin: Unknown, but I think it's Japan.
Size: 38cm-82, actual measurements are as follows:
