The jacket features a 20,000mm/8,000g/m² HydrX Pro laminate that blocks moisture while releasing perspiration, bonded to a durable Omni-Stretch nylon/polyester shell that flexes with your movements. Critical areas are seam-sealed to prevent water intrusion. YKK AquaGuard front zipper and HD #8 waterproof zippers throughout resist moisture at entry points. The FXR Dry Vent System includes snowproof chest and side body vents that release heat during high-output riding without letting precipitation inside. 360-degree 3M Scotchlite reflective elements and reflective screens improve visibility in low light conditions. The adjustable and removable hood, shock-cord adjustable collar and bottom hem, and adjustable cuffs with lycra inner cuff extensions let you customize protection whether navigating deep powder or crossing exposed ridgelines. The removable windskirt with Dri-Link compatibility connects to compatible pants for complete weather sealing. A goggle wipe chamois is integrated for convenient lens maintenance in the field.
