Add sugar (optional), 2 cups of cold filtered water, and 1.5 heaping tablespoons of ground Turkish coffee to the pot. 2. Stir lightly with a small spoon and place the pot on the stovetop. 3. Slowly bring to a boil over medium heat (about 3–4 minutes). 4. As foam builds up, transfer some into each coffee cup with a teaspoon. 5. Once the coffee begins to boil, pour half into the cups over the foam. 6. Return the pot to the stovetop, boil for another 15–20 seconds, then pour the rest evenly into the cups. 7. Serve with a glass of water and Turkish delight.
