This valve features a locking manual twist override and a 1/8" NPT external pilot port. For external pilot operation, block internal pilot pressure, remove the plug, and provide an external pilot source (up to 150 psi). All operators have internally threaded exhaust stems, fitting 10-32 UNF or 5mm-0.8 fittings. The solenoid operator has a locking manual override on the side, activated by twisting the yellow lever clockwise. For replacement operators, order ESPKO, which includes a V-599-1 operator and an EMG3 gasket (individual operator components are not available).
